Santa Cruz
Santa Cruz is a fishing town, known mainly for its beach and its summer Carnival. Here every year we celebrate the "Ocean Spirit" festival of Wave sports. With the spectacular beaches The Amoeira, Formosa, Guincho, Azenha, Santa Helena, the Center, the North, the Physics, the Pisão, the Lookout and the Ship.

Peniche
known internationally for the exceptional conditions it has for the practice of water sports such as Surfing, Bodyboarding or scuba diving.
It Is on the beach of Supertubos, stage of one of the most important international surfing competitions, which took place one of the stages of the ASP World Tour. Peniche received the first stage of the Rip Curl Pro Peniche in 2009.

Nazaré
The giant waves of Nazareth (in Praia do Norte) have gained worldwide fame and are already inscrited in the Guinness Book of surfing. It is now impossible to speak of Nazareth without mentioning the world record of the biggest wave ever surfed, 30 meters, established by Garrett McNamara, in Praia do Norte, in November 2011
